Oh Brother!

"There's no other love like the love for a brother. There's no other love like the love from a brother." ~Astrid Alauda

Brotherhood is changing our family dynamics! I love to see the boys interact with one another. Although, some days it is exhausting. Daniel loves big brother and all his toys, much to David's dismay. The train table is the biggest argument. Daniel loves it, but only because he has a wonderful time destroying the tracks and chewing on them. We have to separate them a lot because of that! But, they honestly adore each other. David loves to make Daniel laugh. Daniel loves to watch and copy David. And they both love tormenting Garrett! :) Here are some pics of the boys in their adventures together...wagon riding, wrestling dad, bathing, napping, playing, watching tv, crawling contests! Brotherhood is fun!

My Valentine

Just wanted to take a post and brag about MY VALENTINE!! Matt is such a gift from above and he truly completes me! I am sure most know of our "arranged marriage"...if you don't, I'd be happy to share the story! But our marriage truly is a match made in heaven and I am so blessed to be married to this man. We will celebrate 7 years of marriage this year and 10 years of being together. Matt is one of a kind and I am lucky he is mine! Not only is he a cutie, but he is as sweet as he is cute. He makes me laugh ALL the time....even if I am upset with him. His sense of humor has won him many friends and also my heart.
Matt is also a wonderful father. He is silly with the boys and loves to spend time with them. They both think he is the greatest and crave his silly attention. His love and devotion to them is an example to all.
He is an outstanding police officer. He truly loves his job and is good at it too! Although, the hardest part for him is the schedule...and that is just because he misses out being at home for important things, for example...Holidays! But, he makes the time at home count and we love him for it! He also works so hard and sacrifices so that I can do the job I want (stay at home with my children). Thank you honey! He is a hottie in his uniform too! :)
And most importantly, he is a follower of Jesus Christ. He desires to do his will, even if it means putting his complete faith and trust in the unknown. I have witnessed him to do this time and time again and he has taught me so much. He wants his children to know God, he wants them to LOVE God, and he sets a great example of just how to do that. He is a Child of God and I am so blessed to be married to him!
